3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja i wdrożenie 2 szt. macierzy wraz z oprogramowaniem na potrzeby rozbudowy ośrodków przetwarzania danych MRPiPS. 3.2. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące opisu przedmiotu, zakresu i warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określają Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (PPU) stanowiące załącznik nr 2 do SWZ wraz z załącznikami, w szczególności Specyfikacja Techniczna, stanowiąca załącznik nr 1 do PPU. 3.3. Na podstawie art. 16b ust. 2 ustawy Zamawiający określa, że oferowane switche pochodzące z państw trzecich niebędących stronami porozumień WTO w sprawie zamówień rządowych (GPA), ani innych umów międzynarodowych gwarantujących na zasadzie wzajemności i równości dostęp do rynku zamówień publicznych, których stroną jest Unia Europejska, nie są dopuszczone w niniejszym postępowaniu.
