Delivery of one medium special fire fighting and rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive system (category 2: off-road) for the OSP STOPNICA unit

The subject of this order is the delivery of one medium special fire fighting and rescue vehicle 4x4 for the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Stopnica; The Ordering Party requires, among others, that the offered vehicle be factory new and meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles; The delivered subject of the order is to be unused, undamaged, and unencumbered by third-party rights; The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver and hand over to the Ordering Party the documents necessary for vehicle registration and, among others, a certificate of vehicle approval for use in fire protection units; During the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to present to the Ordering Party, upon request, documents proving that the delivery meets the required standards and regulations and required parameters (certificates, permits, data sheets, manuals, etc.) for acceptance and assessment of compliance with the Detailed Technical Specification/Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order/OPZ; The subject of the order will be collected at the Contractor's premises by the Ordering Party at a previously agreed date; The Contractor is obliged to train users designated by the Ordering Party in the basic operation of the vehicle; The Contractor is obliged to cooperate continuously with the Ordering Party to coordinate the proper course of delivery and to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines; A full, detailed, and exhaustive description of the subject of the order is specified in: Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 1 to SWZ; Draft Contract Provisions – Annex No. 2 to SWZ; Answers to questions asked during the tender procedure (if applicable). All the above-mentioned documents are to be treated as mutually supplementing each other.
