1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy kasków motocyklowych nieoznakowanych 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia odpowiedni do zadania stanowi załącznik nr 5 do SWZ oraz Rozdział XIX SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wskazać w zał. nr 5 do SWZ – opisie oferowanego asortymentu, w tabeli Producenta, model, typ lub inne dane jednoznacznie identyfikujące oferowany asortyment. W przypadku niewskazania w ofercie danych jednoznacznie identyfikujących oferowany asortyment, Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy. Pod nazwą „Producent” należy rozumieć nazwę firmy, pod którą sprzedawany jest oferowany asortyment, bądź przedsiębiorcę wprowadzającego towar do obrotu na terytorium UE. Wykonawca nie może dokonać zmiany zaoferowanego Producenta, typu, modelu po złożeniu oferty. 4. Termin wykonania zamówienia: maksymalnie do 36 dni roboczych, licząc od daty zatwierdzenia przez Wykonawcę zapotrzebowania.
