Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa przez Wykonawcę do Zamawiającego komputerów All-in-One w ramach zadania o nazwie „Wymiana sprzętu informatycznego na potrzeby obsługi systemów szpitalnych oraz obsługi Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej” w ilości 700 sztuk (dalej: jako sprzęt), szczegółowo opisanych w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz zgodnie z Projektowanymi Postanowieniami Umowy stanowiącymi Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 2. Realizacja Przedmiotu Zamówienia dokonywana będzie w ramach Umowy nr KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0412/25/KPO/656/2025/327 o objęcie wsparciem z planu rozwojowego przedsięwzięcia pn.
