1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa koparki gąsienicowej wraz z osprzętem roboczym, do działań z zakresu ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki jego realizacji oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy zawierają: 1) Projektowane postanowienia umowy, stanowiące Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ, 2) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiący Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 3. Zamówienie zostanie dofinansowane ze środków dotacji celowej wynikającej z Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość unieważnienia niniejszego postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
