"Delivery of white long-sleeved dress shirts"

1. The subject of part 1 of the order is the delivery of 2,000 pcs. of white long-sleeved dress shirts, including: a) delivery of 1,000 pcs. of the above-mentioned shirts - as part of the basic order; b) delivery of a maximum of 1,000 pcs. of the above-mentioned shirts - as part of the order covered by the option right. 2. The long-sleeved white dress shirts delivered as part of the order must be from current production, be new and comply with the Contracting Authority's requirements. 3. Before submitting an offer, the Contractor may inspect a sample of the white long-sleeved dress shirt currently used by Border Guard officers at the Contracting Authority's headquarters (00-463 Warsaw, ul. Podchorążych 38) (after prior arrangement of the visit date with the person authorized to communicate with Contractors). 4. The Contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority for part 1 of the order. 5. After signing the contract, and before starting production of the subject of the order covered by part 1 of the order, the Contractor shall deliver to the Contracting Authority within 45 days from the date of contract conclusion two copies of the contract subject sample along with the required documents – in accordance with the content of §2 of the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. 6. The Contractor shall complete the basic order within 120 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 16.12.2026, and in the event the Contracting Authority exercises the option right – the Contractor shall fulfill the option within 120 days from the date of the Contracting Authority's declaration of exercising the option right, but no later than 16.12.2026. The order fulfillment date is one of the offer evaluation criteria. 7. The minimum required warranty period for each item of uniform is 24 months from the date it is issued from the warehouse for use, while the period of its storage by the Contracting Authority in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. In the case of issuing clothing for use after the expiry of its storage period, the aforementioned warranty does not apply. The warranty period granted is one of the offer evaluation criteria.
