Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy własnym transportem kruszywa drogowego kamiennego z dolomitu dewońskiego do remontu/utrzymania/budowy dróg gminnych i wewnętrznych oraz chodników, placów, parkingów na terenie Gminy Mniów w ilości 2 025 ton z podziałem na następu-jące granulacje: 1 - „kruszywo drogowe o granulacji 0 ÷ 31,5 mm”, 2 - „kruszywo drogowe o granulacji 0 ÷ 63 mm”, 3 - „kruszywo drogowe o granulacji 2 ÷ 8 mm lub 8 ÷ 16 mm”. 2.1. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje m. innymi: 1) Zamawiający określa szacunkowe ilości kruszywa, przewidziane do odbioru: 1.1) kruszywo o granulacji 0 ÷ 31,5 mm - ok. 1500 ton, lecz nie więcej niż + 30%, 2.1) kruszywo o granulacji 0 ÷ 63 mm - ok. 500 ton, lecz nie więcej niż + 30% 3.1) kruszywo o granulacji 2 ÷ 8 mm lub 8 ÷ 16 mm - ok. 25 ton, lecz nie więcej niż + 30%. 2) Kruszywo musi spełniać wymagania wg norm : PN - EN 13242 lub PN - EN 13043 3) Rzeczywista łączna ilość kruszywa i terminy odbioru dostaw, będą wynikać ze składanych suk-cesywnie telefonicznych lub pisemnych (e-mail, lub fax) zamówień Zamawiającego. 4) Do faktury Wykonawca zobowiązany jest załączyć każdorazowo certyfikat zgodności lub inny dokument równoważny potwierdzający zgodność dostarczanego kruszywa z wymaganymi Nor-mami. Natomiast dostawa każdorazowo musi być potwierdzona dokumentem WZ. 5) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany ilości zakupu kruszywa pomiędzy poszczegól-nymi zadaniami w ramach maksymalnej ceny udzielonego zamówienia oraz ryczałtowych cen jed-nostkowych ze względu na faktyczne zapotrzebowanie na poszczególne granulacje kruszywa. 6) Dostawa kruszywa oprócz sprzedaży kruszywa obejmuje również transport środkami transportu Wykonawcy i rozładunek na wskazanych przez Zamawiającego drogach i miejscach na terenie gminy Mniów w zależności od potrzeb. 7) Rozładunek dostarczanego kruszywa będącego przedmiotem zamówienia obywać się będzie niewielkimi partiami na kilka mniejszych pryzm (jeden samochód do 5 - 8 pryzm), na wskazane miejsce przez Zamawiającego.
