Delivery of natural stone aggregate for Józefów Forest District

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregate with continuous grading 0/31.5 mm, 0/63 mm and 31.5/63 mm, understood as sale, loading, weighing, transport, unloading and spreading of the aggregate at the expense of the Contractor to the locations indicated by the representatives of the Ordering Party for the purpose of current replenishment of deficiencies (ruts, potholes, etc.) formed in the surface of forest roads and permanent forest trails within the Józefów Forest District. The deficiencies are of varying width and depth. It is the Contractor's obligation to spread the required layer thickness of aggregate and level it using equipment, in a way that allows passage after the aggregate has been dumped, in order to maintain the technological continuity of timber harvesting from the burnt area. The Ordering Party foresees a basic order and an order under the option clause. The option clause will be implemented provided that the Ordering Party has secured financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option clause (in whole or in part) if it is in the interest of the Ordering Party and results from its current needs. The option clause includes the right to increase the tonnage of aggregate. The Ordering Party may exercise the option clause throughout the entire contract period. The Ordering Party has the right to repeatedly exercise the option clause after the basic scope of the order has been completed – but until the maximum scope of the option clause is exhausted. Delivery of the subject of the order covered by the option clause will be carried out on the same terms as the basic order. The volume of the basic order is 8,500 tons, including: fraction 31.5/63 mm quantity 6,000 tons, fraction 0/63 mm quantity 2,500 tons. The volume of the order under the option clause is 2,000 tons, including: fraction 31.5/63 mm 1,500 tons, fraction 0/63 mm 500 tons. Delivery will be carried out successively based on the Ordering Party's demand.
