4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa oleju opałowego do celów grzewczych. 4.2. Miejsce realizacji dostawy: Liceum Ogólnokształcące Nr III im. J. Słowackiego ul. Słowackiego 4/10 05-400 Otwock 4.3. Kod klasyfikacji Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV) – 09.13.51.00-5 – olej opałowy 4.4. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę oleju opałowego grzewczego w ilości 70 000 litrów. 4.5. Podane ilości oleju opałowego lekkiego są ilościami szacunkowymi i nie zobowiązują Zamawiającego do całkowitego ich zamówienia. Dostawca wyraża na powyższe zgodę i oświadcza, że nie będzie rościł z tego tytułu żądań finansowych do Odbiorcy. 4.6. W cenę paliwa dostawca wlicza koszt transportu do miejscowości, w której znajduje się siedziba Zamawiającego, do wskazanego przez niego obiektu. 4.7. Dostawa nastąpi każdorazowo środkiem transportu Dostawcy w ilościach zgłaszanych przez Zamawiającego w ciągu 2 dni roboczych od zgłoszenia. 4.8.
