The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of at least 72,000 liters, which constitutes 60% of the maximum order volume. The heating oil must meet quality parameters no worse than those specified in the standard PN-C-96024:2011 for L-1, taking into account the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY of December 1, 2016, on quality requirements for sulfur content in oils and types of installations and conditions under which heavy heating oils will be used (i.e., Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008): - calorific value not lower than 42.6 MJ/kg - sulfur content not more than 0.10% (m/m) - density at 15°C, not higher than 860 kg/m3 - pour point not higher than -200C - flash point not lower than 560C - water content not higher than 200mg/kg - kinematic viscosity at 20°C, not higher than 6 mm2/s - solid impurities content not higher than 24 mg/kg - fractional composition up to 250°C, not more than 65% (V/V) distilled - fractional composition up to 350°C, not more than 85% (V/V) distilled - red color 4. The subject of the order includes loading, transport to the place of destination, i.e., tanks at individual facilities, and unloading of the oil. Oil deliveries will be carried out successively in stages, at times, quantities, and locations indicated by the Ordering Party.
