Supply of a line for laser drilling and cutting in glass

The subject of the order is the supply of a line for laser drilling and cutting in glass, intended for laser processing of glass, including drilling and cutting shapes in glass, at the Ordering Party's production plant. The offered line must be complete, integrated, and ready for operation in accordance with the minimum requirements specified in this OPZ, after the assembly, installation, commissioning, and acceptance procedures have been completed. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1. supply of a complete technological line with elements necessary for its proper operation within the scope covered by the offer, 2. transport to the place of order execution, securing during transport, 3. assembly, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the line, 4. training of the Ordering Party's employees in basic operation, safety of use, and operational procedures, 5. provision of documentation required by legal provisions applicable to placing the line on the market and putting it into use in the Republic of Poland, including – if applicable – EU declaration of conformity, document confirming CE marking, user manual, technical and operational documentation, and machine safety documentation, 6. participation in the final acceptance and signing of the acceptance protocol; 7. provision of warranty and warranty service for the period offered in the offer. Minimum technical and functional requirements: 1. Device power: at least 200 W 2. Minimum glass size: minimum glass size for automatic operation not exceeding 180 × 180 mm 3. Maximum glass size: at least 1300 × 2500 mm 4. Performance parameters (drilling diameter): drilling diameter in the range of at least 1–180 mm 5. Glass thickness range: range covering at least 1–8 mm 6. Drilling precision: up to 0.1 mm 7. Processing range: drilling and shape cutting 8. Types of holes: possibility of making at least round, oblong, square, irregular, conical holes, and micro-holes 9. Line equipment including at least: a table adapted for automatic loading, laser stations for drilling and cutting in glass with dust extraction, transfer tables, including a bidirectional transfer table with linear and 90° angle transfer capability, washer-dryer, automatic unloading table, and mechanical glass positioning 10. Control and integration: control system for automatic operation, software for drilling and cutting, barcode or QR scanner, possibility of connecting to the production system, automatic glass positioning 11. Quality requirements: process repeatability 12. Operating speed (Drilling cycle time): for 4 mm thick float glass, when making 3 holes of 12 mm diameter simultaneously in one work cycle, drilling speed/drilling cycle time: not exceeding 9 s. 13. Types of glass (line purpose): possibility of drilling, cutting in glass of at least types: optiwhite, float, antysol Requirements regarding completeness and equivalence 1. The Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions, provided they meet all minimum technical, functional, and quality requirements specified in the OPZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to demonstrate the compliance of the offered line with the OPZ by filling out the OPZ Compliance Table and attaching the technical specification of the offered line. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the offering of incomplete lines, requiring the purchase of additional elements necessary for the basic operation of the line in accordance with the OPZ, unless these elements are explicitly indicated as being the Ordering Party's responsibility. 4. If proprietary names, types, manufacturer designations, or technical solutions are used in the technical documentation or offer, they should be understood as examples, unless the OPZ clearly indicates the requirement to meet a specific minimum parameter. Documentation, training, acceptance, warranty, and service 1. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with technical, operational, and warranty documentation, to the extent necessary for the proper use and maintenance of the line. 2. The Contractor will conduct training for the Ordering Party's employees on operation, basic maintenance, and safety of use of the line (at least 2 employees). 3. Final acceptance will take place after delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, operational tests, personnel training, and provision of the required documentation. 4. The minimum required warranty period is 12 months. The warranty period is counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without significant reservations. 5. During the warranty period, the Contractor will provide warranty service and technical support, including the possibility of remote consultations and remote diagnostics/support via the Internet, if the configuration of the offered line and the Ordering Party's infrastructure allow for it. 6. During the warranty period, the maximum service response time is 48 hours from the moment the Ordering Party reports a failure or defect. Service response time is understood as the time until confirmation of receipt of the report and commencement of remote diagnostics or contact with the Ordering Party to determine how to eliminate the failure or defect. 7. Service reports will be made to the e-mail address or phone number or via the service system or other tool indicated by the Contractor. The moment of reporting is considered the moment of sending the e-mail, making a report in the service system, or confirming receipt of a telephone report. Execution of the entire order – within 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
