During the warranty period, the maximum service response time is 48 hours from the moment the Ordering Party reports a failure or defect. Service response time is understood as the time until confirmation of receipt of the report and commencement of remote diagnostics or contact with the Ordering Party to determine how to eliminate the failure or defect. 7. Service reports will be made to the e-mail address or phone number or via the service system or other tool indicated by the Contractor. The moment of reporting is considered the moment of sending the e-mail, making a report in the service system, or confirming receipt of a telephone report. Execution of the entire order – within 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
