1. The subject of the order is the supply consisting in the delivery of crushed natural aggregate (gravel + crushed natural aggregate), hereinafter referred to as aggregate, in a total quantity of 2300 m3 to designated locations on forest roads within the forestries in the administrative area of the Miłomłyn Forest District, and the distribution/spreading of the aggregate in a manner that ensures the filling of surface defects indicated by the Ordering Party. The crushed aggregate, fraction 0-63 mm, may come from crushing grains of gravel or erratic stones or rock raw material. The proportion of gravel mixture with stone/rock material should be 50:50. A tolerance of up to 10% is allowed. 2. Place of order execution: area of forestries in the administrative area of the Miłomłyn Forest District. 3. Information regarding the technology of work execution. The aggregate should be homogeneous without foreign contaminants such as metal waste, plastic, wood, glass, and without clay admixtures. In case of discovery of the mentioned contaminants in the aggregate, the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the delivery. The Ordering Party has the right to inspect the delivered aggregate for quality, quantity, and contamination. In case of finding any of the above circumstances, the Ordering Party may refuse to pay remuneration, charge the Contractor with the costs of quality testing, and demand replacement of the aggregate (at the Contractor's expense) with one that meets the requirements within 2 working days from the date on which the circumstance occurred. The Ordering Party requires that the unloading of the aggregate be carried out in a controlled manner, consisting in distributing/spreading a layer of aggregate that levels the defect and allows vehicle traffic. Each aggregate delivery (quantity of aggregate and place of delivery) will be agreed in detail between the Ordering Party and the Contractor. Exact delivery points will be indicated each time by the local foresters or deputy foresters. The Contractor must use appropriate means of transport that will not cause damage
