Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawów odczynników laboratoryjnych do badań z wykorzystaniem techniki kolejnej generacji wraz z dzierżawą sekwenatora NGS dla UCK, o parametrach, w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załącznikach nr 4 i nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 3. Dzierżawiony sekwenator, zwany dalej „sprzętem”, musi spełnić parametry graniczne określone w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ.
