The subject of this order is: the supply of standard diesel fuel and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties, meeting the quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024, on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). 2. The offered fuel must comply with the regulations in force on the date of submitting offers. In the event of changes to the regulations referred to above or their replacement by other regulations – during the course of this tender procedure or during the term of the contract concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure – the supplied diesel fuel must, in each case, meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the date of delivery. 3. The offered and delivered fuel must be microbiologically clean and must be resistant throughout the year to potential microbiological contamination in fuel station tanks and installations, as well as in vehicles. 4. All components of the offered and delivered diesel fuel must be compatible. 5. The additives of the offered and delivered diesel fuel must be compatible with all engine oils available on the market. 6. The diesel fuel is intended for powering diesel engines in city buses meeting EURO 5 and EURO 6 emission standards, operated in urban transport conditions. 7. Fuel will be delivered by the Contractor's tankers to the Contracting Authority's fuel stations, located in Łódź, at Limanowskiego 147/149 Street (Bus Operation Plant No. 1) and Nowe Sady 15 Street (Bus Operation Plant No. 2), on working days between 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM. 8. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority foresees an option right, referred to in art. 441 sec. 1 of the Pzp., under the conditions specified in §1 sec. 17 – 19 of the contract (the draft contract is appendix no. 9 to the SWZ).
