The subject of the order is the joint purchase of diesel fuel for: • MPGK Krosno Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 300 m3 • REMONDIS KROeko Sp. z o.o. in the amount of 300 m3, totaling 600 m3. 2. Diesel fuel will be delivered to two above-ground plastic tanks owned by MPGK Krosno Sp. z o. o., of which: • one is located in Krosno at ul. Fredry, • the other is located in Krosno at ul. Requirements for the subject of the order. a) The supplied diesel fuel should meet the quality requirements specified in the standard PN-EN 590 or equivalent and in the current regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended) regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels, and in accordance with applicable law, in case of discrepancies, the regulation takes precedence. b) The contractor will supply fuel with a cold filter plugging point within the deadlines specified in the above standard. c) The contractor will be obliged to provide the name, manufacturer, and place of purchase (origin) of the offered diesel fuel. 4. Time for completion of a single delivery. The Contracting Authority requires that individual deliveries to the storage location take place between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, no later than 24 hours from the moment the order is placed by the Contracting Authority. 5. Delivery volume. The planned volume of a single delivery will be no less than 4,000 and no more than 10,000 liters of diesel fuel. 6. Transport of the ordered diesel fuel. The Contracting Authority requires that diesel fuel be delivered by the contractor's road tankers, meeting the requirements for the road transport of dangerous goods, equipped with a pumping device for discharging fuel into above-ground tanks, ending with a hose at least 5 m long, with a nozzle not exceeding 80 mm in diameter, and having a measuring device to read the quantity of discharged diesel fuel. The contractor is responsible for the ordered diesel fuel until it is discharged into the Contracting Authority's tanks.
