Delivery of diesel fuel

Diesel fuel meeting the requirements of standard PN-EN 590 in the amount of 300 m³. Single fuel delivery min. 3,000 liters - max. 17,000 liters depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party and weather conditions (including those resulting from the seasons). We have one underground tank with a capacity of 18,000 liters. The tank has and will have valid legalizations and UDT decisions during the execution of the order. The subject of the order should meet the following quality parameters: - flash point: minimum 55°C, - sulfur content: maximum 10 mg/kg, - cold filter plugging point maximum in degrees Celsius: during the transitional period (from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15) – minus 10°C, and during the winter period (from November 16 to the end of February) – minus 20°C, - density at 15°C: from 820 to 845 kg/m³, - viscosity at 40°C: from 2 to 4.5 mm²/s. The unit of sale will be one cubic meter at a reference temperature of 15°C. For fuels collected by tanker truck, the volume is calculated based on the readings of the volumetric flow meter and the density at 15°C in accordance with PN-ISO 91-1. The estimated order quantity is 300 m³. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of at least 270 m³ of diesel fuel. The Contractor is obliged to provide a quality certificate or a document confirming the parameters of the delivered fuel with each delivery. The purchased fuel will be intended for the Ordering Party's own needs and will not be intended for further resale.
