Delivery of heating oil for organizational units of the Powiat Łowicki, organizational units of the Municipalities: Bielawy, Łowicz, Nieborów and the Municipality of Domaniewice and its organizational units Contracting Authority: POWIAT ŁOWICKI City: Łowicz CPV: 09135100-5 (Heating oil) Type of order: Delivery 1. Based on the agreement concluded pursuant to art. 38 of the Public Procurement Law, Powiat Łowicki has been designated as the Contracting Authority authorized to prepare and conduct, within the framework of the Purchasing Group, public procurement proceedings for the contract entitled "Delivery of heating oil for organizational units of the Powiat Łowicki, organizational units of the Municipalities: Bielawy, Łowicz and Nieborów and the Municipality of Domaniewice and its organizational units". The proceedings are conducted on behalf and for the benefit of: 1) Youth Social Therapy Center in Kiernozia, 2) Healthcare Center in Łowicz, 3) Municipal Office in Domaniewice, 4) Primary School named after John Paul II in Domaniewice, 5) Public Kindergarten in Domaniewice, 6) Primary School named after Mikołaj Kopernik in Dzierzgów, 7) Kindergarten in Bełchów, 8) Primary School named after the 17th Greater Poland Uhlan Regiment in Bielawy, 9) Municipal Public Library in Bochen. Pursuant to the concluded agreement, Powiat Łowicki has been authorized to perform all actions necessary to conduct the proceedings, including representing the Parties to the Agreement before the competent authorities and courts. After selecting the most advantageous offer, each Party to the Agreement will conclude a separate contract with the selected contractor for the supply of heating oil. 2. Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the successive delivery of heating oil for the organizational units of the Powiat Łowicki, the organizational units of the Municipalities: Bielawy, Łowicz, Nieborów and the Municipality of Domaniewice and its organizational units. 3. Estimated quantity of heating oil for the following units in liters (l): 1) Youth Social Therapy Center in Kiernozia: 15,000 (l) 2) Healthcare Center in Łowicz: - Health Clinic in Sobota: 10,000 (l) - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department: 16,000 (l) 3) Municipal Office in Domaniewice: 4,000 (l) 4) Primary School named after John Paul II in Domaniewice: 25,000 (l) 5) Kindergarten in Domaniewice: 18,000 (l) 6) Primary School
