1) Dostawy oleju napędowego do silnika diesla, w ilości do 35 000 (słownie: trzydzieści pięć tysięcy litrów) w okresie 1 roku. Zamawiający w zależności od swoich bieżących potrzeb, będzie składał Wykonawcy jednostkowe zamówienia na dostawę oleju napędowego. Dostawy przedmiotu umowy będą odbywać się autocysterną wyposażoną w zalegalizowany licznik paliwa. 2) Miejscem dostawy oleju napędowego będzie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne „Mierzeja” Sp. z o.o. ul. Gdańska 2, 82-103 Stegna, woj. pomorskie. 3) Zamawiający posiada zbiornik bezciśnieniowy, naziemny, magazynowy do magazynowania oleju napędowego lub opałowego BT/FM5000 produkcji Kingspan Environmental Sp. z o.o. 62-090 Rokietnica. 4) W dostawach oleju napędowego należy uwzględnić (ze względu na właściwości niskotemperaturowe - temperaturę zablokowania zimnego filtru – CFPP) trzy gatunki ON - B, D i F odpowiadające paliwom klimatu umiarkowanego: a) gatunek B – w okresie letnim – od 16 kwietnia do 30 września, b) gatunek D – w okresie przejściowym – od 1 marca do 15 kwietnia i od 1 października do 15 listopada, c) gatunek F - w okresie zimowym - od 16 listopada do końca lutego. ON nie może zawierać dodatków metalicznych na bazie manganu, w tym trikarbonylku (metylocyklopentadieno) manganowego (MMT),
