1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa paliwa gazowego dla Portu Lotniczego Poznań – Ławica Sp. z o.o. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i jego zakres zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ). 2. Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia na podstawie art. 99 ust. 3 ustawy Pzp posłużył się następującym kodem określonym we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień (CPV): 09120000-6 - Paliwa gazowe. 3. Dostarczanie gazu ziemnego odbywać się winno zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem, w szczególności zgodnie z obowiązującą ustawą Prawo energetyczne, aktami wykonawczymi oraz Polskimi Normami. 4. Szacunkowa ilość gazu ma na celu jedynie dokonanie kalkulacji ceny oferty i nie stanowi zobowiązania Zamawiającego do jego zakupu. Rzeczywista ilość zakupionego gazu w trakcie realizacji umowy w sprawie zamówienia wynikać będzie wyłącznie z bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego, z zastrzeżeniem treści punktu 6 poniżej. 5. Zamawiający nie jest zwolniony z podatku akcyzowego. 6. Zamawiający zobowiązany jest do realizacji umowy w sprawie zamówienia w minimum 50% (jej wartości). Wykonawcy nie przysługują żadne roszczenia o zrealizowanie umowy w zakresie większym niż wielkość wskazana w zdaniu pierwszym.
