1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa pelletu drzewnego do kotłowni Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Kaliskach. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pelletu drzewnego o następujących parametrach: a) wartość opałowa w stanie roboczym nie niższa niż 17MJ/kg, b) wilgotność całkowita nie większa niż 10 %, c) zawartość popiołu w stanie roboczym nie większa niż 0,5 %, d) zawartość siarki w stanie roboczym nie większa niż 0,03 %, e) długość granulatu od 5 mm do 45 mm, f) średnica pelletu od 6 mm do 8 mm.(zalecane 6mm) g) klasa paliwa: paliwo biogeniczne C1 3. Dostawy pelletu odbywać się będą: dla kotłowni Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Kaliskach – sukcesywnie przez okres 9 miesięcy (od września 2026r. do maja 2027r.. Przewidywana ilość pelletu w ww. okresie wynosi 130 ton;) 4. Ilość zamawianego pelletu może ulec zmianie o +/- 30 %, w zależności od faktycznych potrzeb wynikających z warunków atmosferycznych. 5. Wykonawca będzie dostarczał pellet sukcesywnie, zgodnie ze składanym przez Zamawiającego zapotrzebowaniem. Zamawiający będzie składał zamówienia pisemnie lub telefonicznie (potwierdzone e-mailem). 6. Dostawy (transport – cysterna lub przyczepa samowyładowcza o szerokości zsypu do 2 m) odbywać się będą do: kotłowni Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej w Kaliskach przy ul. Długiej 53 w miejscowości Kaliska. 7. Wielkość jednorazowej dostawy wynosić będzie około 20 ton pelletu. 8. Dostarczany pellet musi posiadać certyfikat (w języku polskim), zgodny z normą jakościową PN-EN 17225-2:2014 lub PN-EN 14961-2. Do każdej dostawy Wykonawca jest zobowiązany dołączyć dokument potwierdzający parametry jakościowe dostarczonego pelletu (sprawozdanie z badań pelletu wykonane przez akredytowane laboratorium). Wykonawca ponosi odpowiedzialność za jakość dostarczonego pelletu i za ewentualne szkody Zamawiającego wynikłe z tego tytułu. W przypadku zastrzeżeń zgłoszonych przez Zamawiającego w zakresie wymaganych parametrów, Wykonawca musi wykazać, że pellet posiada parametry wyma
