Supply of a preparation for wetting coal dust in accordance with the SWZ

This public procurement concerns the supply of a solid-form coal dust wetting agent. The product is intended for use as an additive to water in dust prevention measures within underground mining facilities, specifically to combat harmful dust levels. Its applications include dust suppression on shearer loaders and roadway conveyors, spraying around mining machinery and equipment, and periodic washing of excavation roofs and walls. It is also suitable for use in water curtain and misting systems. Crucially, the product must be approved for use in underground mining excavations in non-gassy and gassy fields, in excavations classified as methane explosion hazard levels 'a', 'b', and 'c', and coal dust explosion hazard classes 'A' and 'B'. The estimated quantity of the product to be procured is 400 tons. Deliveries will be carried out over a 24-month period from the contract's conclusion, based on the Contracting Authority's current needs and communicated via periodic orders sent through the EDI system. The contractor is required to ensure the continuity of supplies according to the Contracting Authority's ongoing requirements.
