Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktu leczniczego Sorafenibum do niekomercyjnego badania klinicznego (DRAGONFLY). Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera tabela asortymentowo-cenowa stanowiący zał. nr 2 do SWZ, wzór umowy stanowiący zał. nr 4 do SWZ. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w ramach projektu pod nazwą: „Evaluation of the safety and efficacy of mifamurtide versus standard treatment with sorafenib in patients with high-risk osteosarcoma. / Ocena bezpieczeństwa i skuteczności mifamurtydu w porównaniu ze standardowym leczeniem zawierającym sorafenib u pacjentów z mięsakiem kościopochodnym wysokiego ryzyka (DRAGONFLY)”.Zamawiający zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 9 marca 2023 r. o badaniach klinicznych produktów leczniczych stosowanych u ludzi (zwanej dalej także: „Ustawą”) działa jako Sponsor niekomercyjnych badań klinicznych wchodzących w skład w/w Projektu, realizowanego na podstawie Umowy nr 2024/ABM/02/00010-00 o dofinansowanie projektu niekomercyjnego badania klinicznego z dnia 29 sierpnia 2025 roku, zawartej z Agencją Badań Medycznych (ABM). Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest tylko jedna substancja i w związku z tym nie ma możliwości podziału zamówienia na części. Zam. oświadcza, iż będąc administratorem danych oraz mając na względzie przepisy ustawy z dn.10.05.2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej RODO) wdrożył środki bezpieczeństwa adekwatne do zidentyfikowanych przez siebie ryzyk oraz dające rękojmie należytego zabezpieczenia danych osobowych przekazywanych w ramach postępowania. Szczegółowa klauzula informacyjna z art. 13 RODO zawarta jest w SWZ.
