The Ordering Party declares that, being the data administrator and taking into account the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and ensuring the proper protection of personal data transferred within the procedure.
