Delivery of software for the laboratory to automate processes and reduce paper documentation related to laboratory testing documentation, including training on the software. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the attached Request for Quotation.

Contract amendment conditions: 1. Contract amendment is possible in the following cases: 1) withdrawal from distribution of materials covered by the subject of the contract and their replacement with a product with parameters no worse than offered, at the price established in this contract, after obtaining prior written consent from the Ordering Party, 2) changes in contract execution deadlines due to reasons beyond the Contractor's control, which could not have been foreseen at the time of contract conclusion, 3) changes resulting from force majeure or exceptionally unfavorable climatic conditions, where force majeure means an exceptional event or circumstance: a) over which the party has no control, b) against which that party could not have reasonably protected itself before concluding the contract, c) which, once it has occurred, that party could not have reasonably avoided or overcome, and d) which cannot be attributed to a significant extent to the other party. Force majeure may include, but is not limited to, the following exceptional events or circumstances: a) war, declared or undeclared acts of war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, b) rebellion, acts of terrorism, revolution, insurrection, civil or military coup, civil war, c) riots, unrest, disturbances, strikes or lockouts involving persons other than the contractor's personnel or other employees of the contractor, d) military ammunition, explosives, ionizing radiation or radioactive contamination, excluding those that may be considered to be caused by the use of ammunition, explosives, radioactive materials or radiation by the contractor, and e) natural disasters, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons or volcanic activity, or other similar events to the extent that the conditions mentioned above are met. 2. Contract amendment is possible if the total value of amendments is less than EU thresholds and is lower than 10% of the original contract value. 3. Contract amendment requires written or electronic form under penalty of nullity.
