Delivery of cars for the automotive workshop at PCE in Piła within the project entitled: "Improving equal access to high-quality education, training and lifelong learning through the support of educational infrastructure in the Piła County"

1. The subject of the order is the Delivery of cars for the automotive workshop at PCE in Piła within the project entitled: "Improving equal access to high-quality education, training and lifelong learning through the support of educational infrastructure in the Piła County". The order is carried out within the framework of the project entitled "Improving equal access to high-quality education, training and lifelong learning through the support of educational infrastructure in the Piła County" co-financed under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Priority 5: European funds supporting social infrastructure for Wielkopolska residents (ERDF); Action 5.1 Improving equal access to high-quality education, training and lifelong learning through the support of educational infrastructure. 2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of 3 hybrid engine cars. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. In terms of gaseous pollutant emissions, the cars must meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 on type approval of motor vehicles with respect to emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and on access to vehicle repair and maintenance information (as amended and supplemented). Warranty period for the subject of the order: min. 36 months. In order to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 3 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority requests the submission of the relevant evidence with the offer: - Form of the offered subject of the order – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. If the Contractor fails to submit the relevant evidence or the submitted evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority will request its submission or supplementation within the specified period. 3. The requirements for the subject of the order, specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order, are minimum requirements. The Contracting Authority allows for the offer of the subject of the order with better parameters. 4. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, unregistered, unused, not subjected to any repairs, of full value, complete, free from defects, including design, material, manufacturing and legal defects. 5. In accordance with art. 101 sec. 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems. 6. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the order to the County Educational Center in Piła, ul. Ceglana 2, 64-920 Piła. Delivery of the subject of the order at the Contractor's expense. The Contractor undertakes to bear the costs of transport, unloading and insurance until acceptance. 7. The Contractor assumes full responsibility for any violations of the law and damages that may arise in connection with the execution of the order.
