Supply of service vehicles for the Municipal Police of the City of Krakow II

1. The subject of the order is the "Supply of service vehicles for the Municipal Police of the City of Krakow II", case number ST.RL.261.12.2026. 2. As part of the order, the Contractor shall deliver five vehicles, hereinafter also referred to as vehicles, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right of option described in detail in Section V, point 17 of the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall provide a full warranty for the vehicles and equipment components under the conditions specified in the order documents, in particular in the draft contract provisions (PPU) – the contract template, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the submitted offer. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations has been specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including the Draft Contract Provisions and the Description of the Subject of the Order – OPZ. 5. In accordance with Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for an inverted order of actions, i.e., it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify the Contractor whose offer has been evaluated highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Due to the application of the above procedure, the Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a declaration in the form of a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) along with the offer. The Contracting Authority requests the submission of this declaration only from the Contractor whose offer has been evaluated highest. 6. The offer must include the following declarations and documents: a) Offer Form (along with the required annexes) and Technical Specification of the subject of the order – by uploading Annex No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ, prepared according to the template provided by the Contracting Authority, to the Platform. In the case of submitting an offer on a form other than Annex No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ, it should contain all the information required in this annex. The offer form and the technical specification of the subject of the order are not subject to supplementation. b) In the case of Contractors invoking the resources of entities making resources available – Commitment of these entities using the template constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. c) In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the order – Declaration under Art. 117 sec. 4 of the Pzp Act using the template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. d) Declaration/Declarations referred to in Section XVI of the SWZ. e) A copy or information from the National Court Register, the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, or another competent register – to confirm that the person acting on behalf of the Contractor is authorized to represent it. The Contractor is not obliged to submit the above documents, unless it indicates in the Offer Form the data enabling access to these documents using free and publicly available databases. f) If applicable – Powers of Attorney. 7. The Contractor is obliged to submit the documents referred to in point 6 a-f above via the Platform. 8. The Contractor shall submit only one offer in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. The content of the offer must correspond to the content of the SWZ. 9. The offer should be prepared in Polish and submitted, under penalty of nullity, in electronic form or in electronic form via the Platform available at https://strazmiejska-krakow.ezamawiajacy.pl.
