Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa siłowni telekomunikacyjnych, akumulatorów do siłowni telekomunikacyjnych oraz pozostałych akumulatorów w następującym podziale na zadania i w maksymalnych ilościach: Zadanie 1 – Dostawa siłowni telekomunikacyjnych w maksymalnej liczbie 21 kompletów 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia – wszelkie wymagania dla zamawianych urządzeń zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia 3. Wykonawca dostarczy urządzenia do magazynu Zamawiającego w Krakowie, ul. Mogilska 109. Koszty transportu ponosi Wykonawca. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest udzielić gwarancji na dostarczane urządzenia zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia), jednak nie krótszej niż gwarancja producenta. 5. Zamawiający, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia normom, ocenom technicznym, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 Ustawy Pzp.. 6. Zawarcie umowy ramowej nie pozbawia Zamawiającego prawa do zamawiania przedmiotowych dostaw w drodze odrębnych postępowań o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego.
