Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie profilometru optycznego umożliwiającego przeprowadzenie analizy powierzchni cienkich mezoporowatych warstw utworzonych z nanostruktur, cienkich warstw polimerów przewodzących lub nieprzewodzących, cienkich warstw metali i półprzewodników transparentnych i nietransparentnych naniesionych na szkle lub nieprzezroczystym podłożu oraz analizy powierzchni odpadów przetworzonych w procesach recyklingu, w tym materiałów kompozytowych, metalowych, biowęgli, bioplastików, biomasy o zróżnicowanej powierzchni i grubości wraz z przeprowadzeniem szkolenia z obsługi urządzenia.
