Delivery of an ultra-efficient liquid chromatograph coupled with a corona discharge detector for KRZYSZTOF GRUSZCZYK NATURA EKSPERT

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new ultra-efficient liquid chromatograph coupled with a corona discharge detector – 1 set meeting the following minimum technical and functional parameters: 1) Solvent delivery module (Pump): ● The system must allow for quaternary gradient formation with mixing of up to four solvents using low-pressure valves. ● The maximum operating pressure must not be lower than 15,000 psi for flows up to 1.0 mL/min. ● The set flow rate range must be at least from 0.010 to 2.200 mL/min (in steps of 0.001 mL). ● The gradient delay volume of the entire system must not exceed 300 µL. ● The module must be equipped with a built-in, four-channel integrated vacuum degassing system. 2) Automatic sample injector (Autosampler): ● The injection system must offer a sample volume range of 0.1 µL to 10.0 µL as standard. ● It is required that the carryover does not exceed 0.002%. ● The module must have an integrated active and programmable needle washing function. 3) Chromatographic column thermostat: ● The chamber must offer a temperature range from min 20.0 to at least 90.0°C (adjustable in steps of 0.1°C). ● An active pre-heating function for the mobile phase before entering the column is required. 4) Required compatibility of the chromatograph with a Tandem Mass Spectrometer (TQD). The offered chromatographic system is required to exhibit the following minimum sensitivity parameters when operating with the TQD (device owned by the Ordering Party), all signal-to-noise ratio values must be demonstrated for raw, unsmoothed data: ● Sensitivity in positive ESI ionization mode (ESI+): ⎯ For injection onto the column of 1 pg of reserpine, the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) for the MRM transition 609 > 195 m/z must be at least 600,000:1 at a mobile phase flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. ⎯ The Instrumental Detection Limit (IDL) calculated based on ten repeated injections of reserpine must not be worse (higher) than 2.5 fg. ● Sensitivity in negative ESI ionization mode (ESI-): ⎯ For injection onto the column of 1 pg of chloramphenicol, the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) for the MRM transition 321 > 152 m/z must be at least 200,000:1 at a mobile phase flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. ⎯ The Instrumental Detection Limit (IDL) calculated based on ten repeated injections of chloramphenicol must not be worse (higher) than 2.5 fg. ● Sensitivity in positive APCI ionization mode (APCI+): ⎯ For injection onto the column of 1 pg of 17-alpha-hydroxyprogesterone, the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) for the MRM transition 331 > 109 m/z must be at least 30:1 at a mobile phase flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. 5) The corona discharge detector should provide: ● Direct, universal mass response for non-volatile compounds, enabling reliable purity analysis without the need for costly sample derivatization ● Data acquisition speed: The detector must support a data collection frequency of at least 200 Hz. ● Compatibility: Full operational compatibility with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). 6) Software - control and analytical software requirements: ● Analytical functionality: The delivered software must have dedicated applications for automated method development and targeted quantitative data processing. ● Access and licensing: A Workgroup software package is required, including licenses for a minimum of 5 named individual users. ● IT architecture: The system must be adapted for operation in a virtual machine environment on the Ordering Party's data server, ensuring centralized, server-based deposition of collected data. ● Hardware control: The software package must mandatorily include a System Control License, enabling full control of the connected chromatograph. ● Support and warranty: The Ordering Party requires a minimum of 12 months of basic software technical support during the warranty period. 7) Compatibility of the chromatograph with a diode detector (PDA - device owned by the Ordering Party) is required. The chromatograph should cooperate with a detector characterized by the following parameters: ● Covers a wavelength range from 190 to 800 nm. ● Detector spectral resolution of at least 1.2 nm. ● Optical flow cell with a path length of 10 mm and an internal volume not exceeding 500 nL. 8) Compatibility of the chromatograph with a Tandem Mass Spectrometer (TQD - device owned by the Ordering Party) is required. The chromatograph should cooperate with a spectrometer characterized by the following parameters: ● The mass analyzer has an m/z (mass-to-charge) range from 2 to at least 2048. ● Scanning speed is not less than 20,000 Da/s. ● Polarity switching time (from positive to negative and vice versa) not longer than 15 ms. ● Ability to acquire in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode is at least 500 data points per second. ● The system allows for simultaneous collection of highly specific quantitative data for target compounds (MRM mode) and full scan data visualizing other components (parallel acquisition). ● The ion source design uses orthogonal geometry. ● Ion optics with an off-axis design, actively eliminating neutral contaminants. ● Detection system based on a photomultiplier located off-axis from the analyzer with a conversion dynode. 9) Compatibility of the chromatograph with a nitrogen generator (device owned by the Ordering Party) is required.
