1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup używanych pojazdów spalinowych. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu Zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do realizacji dostaw oraz wykonania prac w ramach wskazanych w Umowie etapów, tj.: - Etap 1 : przeniesienia na rzecz Zamawiającego na warunkach wskazanych we wzorze Umowy (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), w tym w jej załącznikach, własności spalinowych zespołów trakcyjnych (sprzedaży) wraz z dokumentacją, określoną w tabeli 2A opisu przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: OPZ). - Etap: 2: wykonania wszelkich prac określonych w OPZ, niezbędnych do dopuszczenia spalinowych zespołów trakcyjnych do użytkowania przez Zamawiającego. Etap ten dotyczy zarówno podstawy, jak i prawa opcji po realizacji Etapu 1. - Etap: 2 w zakresie zabudowy systemu ETCS (prawo opcji), na który składają się trzy odrębne podetapy, tj.: a) przygotowanie instalacji, b) zabudowa urządzeń systemu, c) przygotowanie pełnej dokumentacji do homologacji.
