1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa w 2027 roku przedmiotów umundurowania i wyekwipowania – bluz ocieplających w ilościach określonych w dokumentach zamówienia. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być wyprodukowany według wymagań określonych w Wojskowej Dokumentacji Techniczno-Technologicznej (WDTT): 546/MON. 3. Przedmioty zamówienia będą podlegały nadzorowaniu jakości realizowanemu przez AU zgodnie z AQAP 2110 wydanie D wersja 1. 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie wraz z ofertą złożyć następujące przedmiotowe środki dowodowe: a) Zaświadczenie potwierdzające posiadanie przez potencjalnych Wykonawców wzorów zakładowych PUiW zgodnych z WDTT i wzorem PUiW do produkcji seryjnej wydane przez Komendanta WOBWSM dla: bluza ocieplająca – wzór 546/MON z terminem wystawienia po 03.02.2017 r. Wyżej wymienione przedmiotowe środki dowodowe nie będą podlegały uzupełnieniu. W przypadku wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia przedmiotowe środki dowodowe wraz z ofertą będzie obowiązany złożyć przynajmniej jeden z nich. Jeśli Wykonawca zleci Podwykonawcy wykonanie kompletnego przedmiotu (PUiW), wymóg przedstawienia Zamawiającemu przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa powyżej dotyczy także tego Podwykonawcy .
