Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem Zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa energii elektrycznej przez Wykonawcę na potrzeby Zamawiającego, będącego odbiorcą końcowym w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 266 ze zm.) oraz ustawy z dnia 6 grudnia 2008 r. o podatku akcyzowym (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 126 ze zm.) do PPE wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w Załącznikach nr 3a i 3b do Umowy, 2) sprzedaż przez Zamawiającego na rzecz Wykonawcy Energii wytworzonej w OZE, niewykorzystanej przez Zamawiającego na potrzeby własne, wprowadzonej do sieci OSD, w celu jej dalszej odsprzedaży przez Wykonawcę, określonych przez Zamawiającego w Załączniku nr 3c do Umowy, 3) świadczenie przez Wykonawcę usługi bilansowania handlowego na rzecz Zamawiającego (pełnienie funkcji POB) na PPE/OZE wskazanych w załącznikach nr 3a i 3b i 3c do Umowy, 4) nabycie przez Wykonawcę Gwarancji Pochodzenia w celu ich umorzenia na rzecz Zamawiającego i przekazanie przez Wykonawcę Zamawiającemu Potwierdzenia.
