Supply, implementation, expansion and integration of IT systems with e-services launch and server hardware supply

This tender concerns the comprehensive supply, implementation, expansion, and integration of various IT systems, coupled with the introduction of e-services and the provision of necessary server hardware. The scope of the procurement includes the acquisition of software licenses for an e-Services Portal, alongside services for its implementation. It also covers the expansion and integration of domain-specific software systems. Furthermore, the tender involves the procurement of licenses and implementation services for an electronic document management system (EZD), including the development and deployment of e-services related to local taxes and fees. The scope extends to the acquisition of licenses and implementation services for a spatial information system, as well as services for the digitization of public information resources (ISP) and the development of an API for these resources. The final component of the procurement involves the supply of server hardware, including a server with an operating system, a disk array/NAS server, an uninterruptible power supply for servers, and peripheral devices for the EZD system.
