Przedmiot zamówienia dotyczy rozbudowy instalacji elektroenergetycznej oczyszczalni ścieków i urządzeń gospodarki ściekowo - osadowej w Wysokiem Mazowieckiem o instalację odnawialnego źródła energii przeznaczonego na własne cele. Instalacja składa się z wolnostojących paneli fotowoltaicznych bifacjalnych (860 szt.), montowanych na konstrukcjach stalowych z wbijanych w podłoże dostosowane do odbijania światła słonecznego. Panele połączone zostaną instalacją kablową ze skrzynkami sterowniczymi, kontenerowym magazynem energii oraz stacją transformatorową, które stanowią również przedmiot zamówienia. Moc budowanej elektrowni fotowoltaicznej: 498,80 kW, natomiast magazynu energii elektrycznej: ok. 500 kVA i pojemność 745 kWh. W ramach realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca po doborze urządzeń wykona projekt wykonawczy budowy instalacji fotowoltaicznej celem uzgodnienia w PGE.
