Supply of a set of elements for learning assembly, commissioning, and electrical measurements within the project entitled: "I am a professional 3.0" at the E. Abramowski Complex of Technical and General Education Schools No. 3 in Katowice

1. Task name: "Supply of a set of elements for learning assembly, commissioning, and electrical measurements within the project entitled: 'I am a professional 3.0' at the E. Abramowski Complex of Technical and General Education Schools No. 3 in Katowice". 2. Task implemented within the project: "I am a professional 3.0 – development of vocational education through courses for students and teachers and support for practical vocational training". Project financed by the European Union, implemented under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme, co-financed by the Just Transition Fund for Priority: FESL.10.00 – European Funds for regional transformation, Action: FESL.10.23 - Vocational education in the process of the region's just transition, type 1: Dissemination and development of vocational education according to the needs of the region's transformation. 3. The subject of the order is the supply of sets of elements for learning assembly, commissioning, and electrical measurements for the existing workshop. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – which is also the Description of the offered devices. Additional information: 1) Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - constitutes the subject-specific evidence to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features, or criteria specified by the Contracting Authority, referred to in Art. 106 sec. 1 of the Pzp Act. 2) The Description of the Offered Equipment should be submitted with the offer, according to the template, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (i.e., at the time of submitting offers), as the specification of the performance to be provided in case of selecting the offer as the most advantageous, forms the content of the offer. The content of the offer consists exclusively of those items in the "Description of the Offered Equipment" where the Contractors must not only confirm the compliance of the offered device's parameters with the Contracting Authority's minimum requirements – on a "meets/does not meet" basis – but also provide the full manufacturer's name, type, and model of the offered equipment for its unambiguous identification and/or specify the technical parameters or features of the offered devices. The specification of this information is necessary for the Contracting Authority to conduct the proceedings and forms the content of the offer. Therefore, failure to submit the Description of the Offered Equipment at the time of submitting offers, or incomplete or incorrect completion of the Description of the Offered Equipment, making it impossible for the Contracting Authority to identify the offered device, or the inability to determine: whether the offered devices meet the minimum technical requirements mentioned in the template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, will result in the absolute rejection of the offer, based on the provisions of Art. 226 sec. 1 item 2 lit. c) and/or Art. 226 sec. 1 item 5 of the Pzp Act. 3) Whereas, those items in the Description of the Offered Equipment where Contractors are only to confirm the compliance of the offered device's parameters with the Contracting Authority's minimum requirements on a "meets/does not meet" basis (without the need to specify information), do not constitute the content of the offer, but are subject-specific evidence to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features, or criteria specified by the Contracting Authority, referred to in Art. 106 sec. 1 of the Pzp Act. 4) The Contracting Authority reserves the right that if the original Description of the Offered Equipment in the "meets/does not meet" items turns out to be incomplete or inaccurate, the Contracting Authority will ask the Contractor to submit or supplement the Description of the Offered Equipment, but only in the part covering those items: "meets/does not meet" which were incorrectly completed by the Contractor at the time of submitting offers, or were not completed at all. However, it is not permissible to submit or supplement the Description of the Offered Equipment after the deadline for submitting offers, in the part constituting the content of the offer, if it were to serve to supplement information not originally provided, or to change originally specified parameter values...
