Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Dostawę warzyw i owoców dla Jednostki Wojskowej Nr 2286”. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia są produkty spożywcze: warzywa i owoce do zabezpieczenia żywienia stanów osobowych oraz funkcjonowania obiektów żywienia zbiorowego Jednostki Wojskowej Nr 2286 w 2026 r. 15300000-1 – owoce, warzywa i podobne produkty, 3. Ilość zamawianego asortymentu zawiera formularz cenowy – załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji, zgodnie z art. 441 ust.1 ustawy Pzp. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zwiększenia dostaw na podstawie prawa opcji do 100% zamówienia podstawowego. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do stosowania norm zgodnie z którymi wejście cudzoziemców na teren chronionych obiektów wojskowych powinno być poprzedzone uzyskaniem pozytywnej opinii Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego oraz wydaniem pozwolenia jednorazowego przez Dowódcę Jednostki Wojskowej Nr 2286 zgodnie z Decyzją Nr 107/MON Ministra Oborny Narodowej z dnia 18 sierpnia 2021 r. w sprawie organizowania współpracy międzynarodowej w resorcie obrony narodowej (Dz. Urz. MON z 2021r. poz. 177). Zamawiający nie gwarantuje wydania zgody przez SKW na przebywanie na terenie kompleksu cudzoziemców.
