Dostawy oleju napędowego na potrzeby własne Zamawiającego w ilości do ok. 300.000 dm3 przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty podpisania umowy do zbiornika magazynowego o pojemności 5000 dm3 wydzierżawionego od Wykonawcy i zainstalowanego na terenie Zaplecza Technicznego Spółki zlokalizowanego w Mysłowicach przy ul. Miarki 38. Zamawiający nie jest zobowiązany do zakupu całej ilości paliwa określonej powyżej. Ilość ta jest ilością szacunkową i służy do skalkulowania ceny oferty. Wykonawca nie może wnosić roszczeń wobec Zamawiającego z tytułu zakupu mniejszej niż planowana ilości paliwa w okresie obowiązywania umowy.
