Postępowanie prowadzone jest w celu zawarcia umowy ramowej na dostawy worków i skrzyń ewakuacyjnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 1, nr 3 do SWZ oraz w Rozdz. XIX SWZ. 3. Na dostarczany asortyment Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie udzielić 24 miesięcznej gwarancji i rękojmi, liczonych od dnia podpisania bez uwag przez Strony protokołu odbioru. 4. Termin wykonania zamówienia: do 14 dni roboczych, licząc od dnia zaakceptowania zapotrzebowania, o którym mowa w Rozdz. XIX § 3 ust. 2. 5.
