The primary function of this system is to identify overloaded heavy goods vehicles, thereby enabling relevant authorities to conduct administrative weighings at designated stations. The scope of the contract encompasses the continuous adaptation and maintenance of the pre-selection system to ensure its efficient operation. This includes, but is not limited to, regular maintenance, inspections, calibration, verification tests, and system performance checks. The contractor will be responsible for providing access to data collected by the system through appropriate software, transmitting this data, and maintaining a database for archiving purposes. Access to archived data will be provided via a web application, with subsequent data transfer to the Traffic Management Centre in Stryków. The contract also covers the repair of defects identified during operation, including those arising from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or other unforeseen events. Minor repairs to the road surface around sensors, such as filling material voids and sealing cracks in the surface, sensors, and induction loops, are also included. Furthermore, the scope involves earthworks and tidying operations, such as securing power and fiber optic cables if exposed. The contractor must adapt the pre-selection system to meet specific requirements outlined in the technical specification and ensure the continuous operational readiness of both the system and its software. Additionally, the contractor is obligated to obtain all necessary decisions, permits, opinions, and agreements required by current regulations for the adaptation of the in-motion vehicle weighing pre-selection system. The project is located along National Roads No. S-3 and 10.
