Zamówienie jest realizowane w ramach zadań własnych Gminy zgodnie przepisami ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2016 r. Prawo oświatowe (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1043 z późn. zm.) [dalej: ustawa u.p.o.]. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie przewozu dzieci i uczniów z niepełnosprawnością z terenu Gminy Miasta Gdyni do przedszkoli, szkół i placówek oświatowych oraz z powrotem na trasie dom - przedszkole/szkoła/placówka oświatowa - dom wraz z opieką osoby pełnoletniej w trakcie realizacji tej usługi, zgodnie z ustawą u.p.o. Przewozem objęte będą dzieci i uczniowie, których kształcenie i wychowanie odbywa się na podstawie art. 32 ust. 6 i art. 39 ust. 4 u.p.o.
