Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem opinii, uzgodnień i decyzji administracyjnych niezbędnych do realizacji robót budowlanych oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania nr 54078 pn. „Budowa wieży portu lotniczego” na lotnisku w Świdwinie. Dokumentacja projektowa zakresem winna obejmować budowę wieży portu lotniczego o powierzchni użytkowej ok. 2 769 m². Dokumentacja projektowa wieży portu lotniczego zawierać będzie: • część biurowo-techniczną i garażową dla pojazdów, • niezbędną infrastrukturę techniczną oraz towarzyszącą, • przeniesienie systemów lotniskowych, Dokumentacja projektowa winna być opracowana na podstawie Programu Inwestycji, z uwzględnieniem optymalnych rozwiązań funkcjonalno-użytkowych, konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych i kosztowych. Przed przystąpieniem do prac projektowych należy odbyć wizję lokalną terenu, uzyskać warunki, opinie, ekspertyzy, raporty, wyliczenia i inne dokumenty niezbędne do opracowania kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej.
