Description

Die zur Ersatzbeschaffung vorgesehene Drehleiter dient dem Personal- und Materialtransport bei Einsätzen der Brandbekämpfung sowie der technischen Hilfeleistung. Ihr Haupteinsatzbereich umfasst Brände in Objekten, die eine entsprechende Einsatzhöhe erfordern, beispielsweise Hochhäuser, Sonderbauten, Industrieanlagen, Tanklager oder Hafenareale. Mit einer Arbeitshöhe von bis zu 42 Metern unterstützt die Drehleiter zudem Rettungseinsätze in Gebäuden, die nicht unter die Hochhausrichtlinie fallen, jedoch aufgrund ihrer baulichen Gegebenheiten Einsatzhöhen von über 30 Metern aufweisen oder insbesondere in dicht bebauten Innen- und Altstadtbereichen Einsätze über Gebäudekomplexe hinweg erforderlich machen. Darüber hinaus stellt das Einsatzmittel eine wichtige Unterstützung bei Elementarereignissen dar, etwa bei abgedeckten Dächern, umgestürzten Bäumen auf Gebäuden oder losen bzw. herabfallenden Bauteilen.
