Operational Technical Property Management

This framework agreement covers the operational technical management of properties. The scope of the contract includes the supervision, care, and operation of technical installations and property assets. It also involves fulfilling regulatory requirements as stipulated in the agreement, managing and documenting inspections mandated by authorities, and performing corrective maintenance (responding to reported faults) along with associated work planning. The contractor will be responsible for documenting all corrective maintenance activities and providing written proposals for planned maintenance and improvements aligned with the contract's objectives. Furthermore, the contractor may be required to provide quotes for planned maintenance, adaptations, and improvements upon request. The role also includes compiling and submitting operational and contract reports, participating in projects, property viewings, and other inspections as the client's representative for operational matters. Additional property-related services may be commissioned under this agreement.
