Original language: hrPredmet nabave je nabava drobljenog kamenog materijala (tucanika i kamenog agregata) frakcija 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 0-32 mm i 0-63 mm. Sve navedene frakcije moraju biti dobivene drobljenjem čvrste stijene, moraju biti čiste, oštrobridne, bez primjesa gline, zemlje (humusa), drveta ili drugih organskih i stranih tvari. Sve frakcije materijala moraju u potpunosti odgovarati normi HRN EN 13242. Dokazi o kvaliteti Za svaku frakciju materijala, ponuditelj je obvezan već u ponudi osigurati Izjavu o svojstvima kojom se potvrđuje sukladnost s traženim tehničkim karakteristikama. U ponudi, kao i tijekom trajanja okvirnog sporazuma na zahtjev Naručitelja, ponuditelj/Isporučitelj je dužan dostaviti: 1. Važeću Izjavu o svojstvima za svaku frakciju materijala. 2. Izvještaj o ispitivanju (ne stariji od 12 mjeseci) izdan od strane akreditiranog laboratorija, kojim se dokazuje da materijal ispunjava zahtjeve norme HRN EN 13242, s posebnim naglaskom na udio sitnih čestica i odsutnost gline, zemlje ili organskih tvari. Napomena za ponuditelje: Izvještaj o ispitivanju koji se dostavlja u ponudi ne smije biti stariji od 12 mjeseci računajući do dana koji je određen kao krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda. Dokumentacija uz isporuku Svaka isporuka robe mora biti popraćena otpremnicom na kojoj je jasno naznačen izvor materijala (kamenolom), frakcija i točna količina utvrđena vaganjem.
