Printing of program booklets for the 2026/2027 season

Therefore, please use exclusively the contact details of the tendering institution from the announcement when you: The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the ongoing production of all program booklets of the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (DSO) for an initial season, starting with the 2026/2027 season. The contract should provide for a basic term of one season and an option for the client to extend it three times for one additional season each. The tender covers the printing, processing, packaging, and delivery of all DSO program booklets required during the 2026/2027 season and any extension seasons. The framework agreement serves for the ongoing commissioning of individual productions within each season. The estimated order volume per season is approximately EUR 35,000 for about 28 more extensive program booklets for symphony concerts (around 32 pages) and about 14 less extensive ones (around 6 pages). This information is for bidder orientation only and does not create a claim to reach this order value or to order a specific number of program booklets, specific quantities, or specific scopes. Commissioning will be based on demand through individual orders from the client. The described execution examples for a 6-page and a 32-page booklet are not a final limitation of the scope of the contract but serve solely for the comparability of offers and the evaluation of bidder prices. The framework agreement covers program booklets of various scopes, as far as they correspond to the described product spectrum of the DSO. The subject of the framework agreement are program booklets in the scope ordered by the client. The program booklets can, in particular, have different page counts and the technically suitable processing methods for them. Unless otherwise specified in the individual order, the following general requirements apply: - Final format regularly 13 x 18 cm - Printing: Offset printing 4/4-color, ISO scale - Finishing: Matt dispersion varnish on both sides - Paper: Profisilk, 150 g/m², as far as technically feasible and not otherwise specified in the individual order - Packaging: Standard cardboard box - Delivery to the destination specified by the client - Additional service: Sample dispatch of 15 copies to an address specified by the client - The client will specify the scope, print run, processing, delivery date, delivery address, and any product-specific special requirements with each individual order. 2. Comparison item A: Program booklet, 6 pages - Calculation print runs: 150 and 700 copies - Closed format: 13 x 18 cm - Open/folded format: 38.8 x 18 cm - Scope: 6 pages - Printing: Offset printing 4/4-color, ISO scale - Finishing: Matt dispersion varnish on both sides - Paper: Profisilk, 150 g/m² - Processing: 2-fold wrap fold 3. Comparison item B: Program booklet, 32 pages - Calculation print runs: 1,000 and 2,000 copies - Format: 13 x 18 cm - Scope: 32 pages - Printing: Offset printing 4/4-color, ISO scale - Finishing: Matt dispersion varnish on both sides - Paper: Profisilk, 150 g/m² - Final processing: Saddle stitching For the offer evaluation, all bidders must provide binding prices for the comparison items. The comparison items serve to create a uniform and comprehensible basis for evaluation. No claim can be derived by the contractor from the prices requested there for commissioning only these two versions. In addition, bidders are requested to present their pricing structure for further comparable program booklet scopes or for price-forming factors such as page count, print run, setup costs, proofs, shipping, and additional services openly, so that individual orders under the framework agreement can be priced appropriately.
