Please attempt to tie in with other works in the general area to save mobilisation or other costs. Capability and Experience (10%) 3. Ability to meet the timeframes (10%) 4. Cost and Value for Money (50%) 5. Minimise Mobilisation – Tie in with other local work (10%) 6. Development of Competitive Local Business and Industry (10%)
