Description
Applicant firms will be assessed and shortlisted for inclusion on the panel on the basis of information received on their relevant experience, proven design ability, technical capacity and resources, economic and financial standing, project management skills, capacity to deliver and references. Presentation and clarification meetings may also be used for assessment and shortlisting purposes. The panel will be formed for a 7 year period and will be advertised on an annual basis
