Description
The Conservation, Heritage and Archaeology Sections of Dublin City Council is seeking to establish a Panel for the provision of Conservation Consultancy Services for a wide variety of projects. It is anticipated that this panel may be utilised by all other Departments in Dublin City Council, such as the City Architects, Parks, Environment and Transportation and Planning Departments, if conservation consultancy services be required. Panel members will be required to provide conservation consultancy and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, Panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist skills: • Conservation Architect /Surveyor • Licensed eligible archaeologist • Accredited conservator of Metalwork ((Bronze) ICON / ICRI or equivalent • Accredited conservator of Stonework (ICON / ICRI or equivalent) • Civil and Structural Engineer (member of IEI/ACEI or equivalent) • Recognised architectural historian • Historian of stained glass • Other relevant services as required It is intended that the Conservation Consultancy services to be provided will cover the following non-exhaustive list of project types: Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS), Architectural Conservation Areas (ACA) and Historic Towns Initiative (HTI), Specialist architectural / urban design services, the provision of Conservation Reports to support conservation grant funding and conservation works, Conservation Plans and Conservation Management Plan making to support Grant Funding applications and conservation works For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID 3554003 .
