Author's supervision (hereinafter referred to as "AD") - AD will be performed by the contractor (supplier) upon the request of the contracting authority (client), if the work (construction) is carried out based on the documentation prepared by the contractor. - AD will be performed occasionally throughout the entire construction period – work (estimated 480 hours). - The subject of supervision includes in particular the following activities: monitoring compliance with the project, taking into account the conditions set by public administration bodies and organizations, providing explanations necessary for the smooth progress of construction, providing explanations necessary for the preparation of contractor documentation, participating in construction control meetings convened by the investor (at the construction site), assessing contractor proposals for changes and deviations in parts of the projects prepared by contractors from the perspective of compliance with the technical and economic parameters of the construction, or other data and indicators, expressing opinions on requests for larger quantities of products and services compared to the negotiated documentation, participating in the handover and acceptance of the construction or its part. - The subject of AD also includes cooperation with the contracting authority (client) in the selection of the construction contractor from the date of handover of the DPS to the selection of a specific contractor (supplier) of the construction, i.e. until the conclusion of the contract for work with the construction contractor. The contractor shall, in particular, provide the client with an assessment of the completeness of the construction contractor's (supplier's) offer, maximum possible cooperation in the preparation of explanations and supplements to the tender documentation pursuant to § 98 ZZVZ, always within 2 working days from the date on which the request for such cooperation is forwarded to them by the client.
