Only functionalities that are deliverable at the time of bid submission may be offered and considered. IN PARTICULAR / exemplarily, the following properties/functionalities/components are required (all mandatory criteria): - Reliability, stability, and use in the scientific/research field Special requirements (here, selection of the most important points for the planned application): 1.) 6-laser system with the following wavelengths: 320nm, 355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 637nm lasers 2.) Retrofitting of an 808nm laser must be possible 3.) Stability and applicability of the 320nm laser 4.) High number of detectors >=182 fluorescence detectors + FSC/SSC 5.) Flexibility and user-friendliness: a. Software user management b. Flexible autosampler for various plate types, tubes, with cooling function 6.) Creation of different autofluorescence profiles (min. 7) and flexible interconnection of adjacent detectors to define autofluorescence ranges 7.) Control over the data a. Extensive reference database b. Overlay of different spectra for control c. Targeted manual adjustment of unmixing 8.) Fully functional overall system, including associated components, availability of all required components at the time of bid submission
